I bought an Axglo E5 and used it for golf, but unfortunately, it has several issues. The cart frequently disconnects from the remote and often fails to pair properly. The "Follow-Me" function is unreliable—sometimes the cart doesn't follow at all and just stays in place even when you walk away.
Additionally, it's very sensitive to moisture, which is disappointing for a product designed for outdoor use. The company, based in Canada, is quite small with limited resources (reported revenue around $12.2 million). Shipping costs are high—around $90 to the U.S.—and they do not take responsibility for warranty claims.
I experienced malfunctioning with the cart and sent it in for warranty service. However, the company classified it as "misuse" to avoid covering it under warranty. They didn’t listen to my concerns or take any responsibility.
This company is based in Canada but sells products imported from China.
Due to geographic limitations, their warranty often does not apply as promised, and they tend to shift the blame for manufacturing defects onto the customers
I strongly recommend NOT TO BUY the product. Do not waist your precious money.
