Full Directional Remote Control

The Zip Navigator AT does the heavy lifting so you don’t have to. The compact remote gives you control of forward, reverse, left, right, and speed, so you can walk the hole your way while your bag travels the fairway. The remote’s lithium battery recharges with the included USB cord (AC adapter not included), and it can be stored on board when you prefer to walk alongside and use the handle-mounted controls.

Patented Gyroscope Straight Tracker Technology

This is the technological heart of the Zip Navigator AT. MGI’s patented gyroscope continuously monitors the caddie’s heading and automatically adjusts power to help it maintain direction across side slopes, ruts, and uneven ground. Zip Fold Portability and Smart Electronics

The one-piece Zip Fold frame opens and closes in seconds, and the rear wheels can be inverted on the axle to reduce the folded footprint to 28" x 19" x 17". Zip Navigator AT FAQs

How many holes will the battery last?
Up to 36 holes on a full charge, depending on playing conditions. Charge the battery overnight before first use, and don’t leave the battery handle engaged between rounds or in storage, as it will drain the charge.

Will my golf bag fit?
MGI caddies are designed for cart bags, and not all stand or carry bags are compatible. Some bags may need a bag block or bag rest spacer for a snug fit. The adjustable top bag support and lower bag strap accommodate a range of cart bags.

How does it handle hills and rough terrain?
That’s the AT’s focus. Downhill speed control manages descents, the gyroscope helps hold a straight line across uneven ground, the dual swiveling front wheels add stability and maneuvering, and the rear fifth wheel adds stability on climbs. In wet conditions MGI recommends staying on fairways and paths and avoiding boggy ground, since the caddie is water-resistant, not waterproof.

Do I have to use the remote?
No. The remote can be stored on board, and you can walk alongside using the T-bar handle’s controls and speed dial, like a traditional electric caddie.

How do I charge the remote?
The remote’s lithium battery recharges via the included USB cord (AC adapter not included). MGI recommends recharging the remote whenever you recharge the main battery.

How far can the remote be from the caddie?
According to MGI’s user manual, the Zip Navigator AT can be remotely controlled at ranges of 100–200 meters (roughly 110–220 yards), depending on environment and interference. If the remote loses contact with the caddie, an automatic Safety Stop engages after five seconds.

What is the warranty?
The Zip Navigator AT is covered by a limited 3-year manufacturer’s warranty on parts, battery, and charger. Register your caddie with MGI after purchase using the 15-digit serial number, found at the base of the battery mount or inside the top box storage compartment.

Can it be used in the rain?
MGI caddies are designed for use in all conditions but are not waterproof. In wet weather, keep the caddie on fairways and paths where possible, avoid puddles and boggy terrain, and wipe the top box dry. Never clean the caddie with a hose or pressure washer — use a damp cloth and brush.
