Fix your slice, lock in a connected trail arm, and strike it pure. The TRS Slider is the golf swing training aid designed by European Tour winner Robert Rock to keep your trail arm in the "power slot" from the top of the backswing through impact. The result: better rotation, a more consistent impact position, cleaner contact, and a straighter, more predictable ball flight.
- Stop slicing and coming over the top — keeps the trail arm connected so the club stays on path into impact
- Purer ball striking — trains a repeatable impact position for solid compression
- More distance from the power slot — rotate with the body instead of throwing the arms
- More fairways and greens — tighter dispersion and better launch direction
- Works for right- and left-handed golfers, from beginners to tour players
Sizing: Choose by chest measurement in inches — Small fits a 30" to 36" chest, Medium fits 36" to 42", and Large fits 42" to 50". If you are between sizes, size up.
Why the TRS Slider Works
Towel drills and alignment sticks are static and easy to cheat. The TRS Slider gives you constant, physical feedback during the whole swing. A chest strap and a pink trail-arm cuff work together, so you feel right away when the trail arm drifts away from your body. That instant feedback helps new swing feels stick faster, without piling extra swing thoughts into your head.
According to TRS Golf, the Slider is used by more than 50 tour professionals and is rated 4.8 out of 5 by golfers worldwide. It is also recommended by short-game coach Dan Grieve for chipping, pitching, and bunker play.
How to Use the TRS Slider
- Strap it on — fasten the Slider around your lower chest and put your trail arm (right arm for right-handers, left arm for left-handers) into the pink strap.
- Make practice swings — focus on keeping the trail arm in position as you swing down into impact.
- Hit real shots — start with wedges and a 7-iron to lock in the feel, then move to longer clubs.

TRS Slider FAQs
What does the TRS Slider fix?
It improves trail arm connection and body rotation through the swing. That leads to a more consistent impact position, better launch direction, and more predictable ball flight, and it reduces the compensations that cause slices, blocks, and inconsistent strikes.
Does the TRS Slider work for left-handed golfers?
Yes. The TRS Slider works for both right- and left-handed golfers. Just place your trail arm in the pink strap.
Will it work for my handicap?
Yes. The TRS Slider suits every skill level, from high handicappers to tour professionals.
How is it different from towel drills or alignment sticks?
Towel drills and sticks are static and easy to cheat. The Slider gives continuous physical feedback throughout the swing, so you feel the moment your movement breaks down.
How long until I see results?
Most golfers notice better contact and ball flight within a few sessions. For lasting change, use it regularly in practice for a few weeks, then come back to it as a maintenance tool.
What size TRS Slider should I buy?
Measure around your chest. Small fits 30"–36", Medium fits 36"–42", and Large fits 42"–50". If you are between sizes, size up.
Is this a single Slider or a bundle?
This listing is for one TRS Slider in your choice of size.
